having chemistry with someone means that you're in love with them, but it works well and the way you want.you can easily love someone, but sometimes things just don't work.take my friends for example:they fight all the time about things that make no sense because the guy's over protective.the girl doesn't care and flirts with other guys.all the time they think the other one's going to break up with them.that's an example of bad chemistry, they don't work together on the relationship.
